Terms of Sale
These terms and conditions may not be altered, supplemented, or amended in any way, or by virtue of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement, or amend this document shall be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both Seller and Buyer.
Seller gladly accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Shipping Policy / Transfer of Ownership; Title; Risk of Loss
In an effort to provide the lowest, most competitive shipping costs, Seller ships exclusively via Federal Express, and shall do so in accordance with the level of priority selected by Buyer and the corresponding cost estimate calculated at the time of order placement. Title to product(s) purchased passes from Seller to Buyer FOB point of origin. While Seller will strive to provide all reasonable assistance, Buyer shall ultimately remain responsible for any losses or claims arising from product(s) lost or damaged in-transit.
Seller disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; accordingly, the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Buyer may return any item(s) purchased within (30) days of receipt for replacement or a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following: (a) returns after (30) days will incur a restocking charge equal to 15% of your order total less shipping cost, (b) no returns will be accepted or refunds issued after (60) days, (c) Shipping costs will not be refunded, (d) items that require refrigeration are not eligible for return, (e) perishable items or those bearing a date of expiration must be returned unopened, and (f) any item not in resalable condition will not be accepted for refund. In order to begin the return process, please use the return form to communicate with our staff.
Limitation of Liability
Seller accepts no liabilities in connection with any purchase(s) made by Buyer beyond the remedies set forth herein, and/or as provided under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code as amended. Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold-harmless Seller and Its officers, directors, employees, agents, or assignees for any occurrence of personal injury or death, loss of business, liquidated, consequential, or any other special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Arbitration; Venue of Law
This agreement and any transactions hereunto shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the City of Cheyenne and and County of Laramie, Wyoming, exclusive of Its choice of law or conflict of laws provisions. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction therein.
