Shopping Policies

No Sales Tax, Anywhere

You never pay sales tax! We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations and in those states we pay all sales taxes.


  • Free FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $99, excluding shipments to locations outside the continental United States. Not all items are eligible for free shipping. See individual product pages for details.

Delivery options with estimated shipping times in business days:
FEDEX methods

  • FedEx Ground: 1-5 days
  • FedEx 3-day: 3 days
  • FedEx 2-day: 2 days
  • FedEx Overnight Standard: 1 day, to be delivered in afternoon
  • FedEx Overnight Priority: 1 day, to be delivered in morning
  • FedEx International Economy: 3 - 7 days

USPS methods

  • USPS Parcel Post: 2 - 9 days
  • USPS Priority: 2 - 3 days
  • USPS Priority International: 3 - 12 days

Important Shipping Information:

  • Orders received after 4 PM EST will ship the next business day (excludes weekends and holidays).
  • Next day delivery orders must be confirmed by 2 PM EST Monday through Friday and orders confirmed on Friday after 2 PM EST will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday.
  • Saturday delivery for next day delivery is available with FedEx only.
  • No Express delivery to military APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
  • Not all items can be shipped express (Next day, 2-day, or 3-day).
  • Items dropshipped from manufacturers are subject to limited shipping options. If such options exist, they will be explained on the product's page.
  • The warehouse does not ship on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
  • International Customers
    • Product returns are not accepted from international customers at this time.
    • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes.
    • Not all of our nutritional products can be shipped to all countries. Please see the current list for more information.

If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased and received from, you may return it according to the Return Policy (see below).

If a refund is due, you will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise originally.

Cancel an Order

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we can request cancellation, however, should your order ship, simply refuse delivery, and when the merchandise is returned to us a refund will be initiated. To cancel an order, call 800-570-2000.

Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased and received from, you may return it, subject to the following conditions and requirements:

  • Returned products must be in new resalable condition.
  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.
  • Returns are not available for international customers at this time.
  • Returns made after (14) days of receipt shall be subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of your item(s) total less shipping cost.
  • No returns will be accepted or refunds issued after (30) days of receipt.
  • Shipping and handling fees, if applicable, are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
  • Items that require refrigeration are not eligible for return.
  • Perishable items or those bearing a date of expiration must be returned unopened.
  • Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
  • Any blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item minus any applicable restocking fees. However, if the item being returned does not meet the above conditions you will be notified.

Warranty Claims

A warranty is a promise by the manufacturer of a product that it will be free of defects and will perform as promised. Different manufacturers have differing warranty terms. We publish these and encourage our customers to check them prior to purchase. Many products purchased on are supplied with original manufacturer warranties.
